These terms explain how the Bitely Media website and partner platform may be used, and how advertisers, publishers, and Bitely Media work together on CPA and performance marketing campaigns.
These terms apply to your use of bitelymedia.com and to partnership activity connected to the Bitely Media platform. By using the website or requesting access to the platform, you agree to these terms.
If a separate written agreement, insertion order, campaign term, or platform rule applies to a partnership, that document will control where it is more specific than these website terms.
“Bitely Media” means the CPA affiliate network and performance marketing service operated through this website and the connected partner platform. “Advertiser” means a brand, agency, or business seeking customer acquisition, promotion, leads, installs, or another measured result. “Publisher” means a partner providing approved traffic, audiences, placements, or promotional inventory.
“Campaign” means an approved offer or promotion. “Conversion” means the completed action defined for a campaign. “Platform” means the partner dashboard used to share offers, tracking links, statistics, restrictions, and payment information.
You may use this website for lawful business purposes connected to advertising, publishing, or exploring a partnership. You must not copy substantial website content, interfere with its operation, probe security controls, misuse forms, or use the site to send unlawful or misleading communications.
Platform access is intended for approved business users. Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared, sold, or transferred without permission.
Partners must be legally able to enter into a business agreement and must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You represent that you are authorized to act for the company or entity named in your account.
Bitely Media may request additional information before approving an account, campaign, traffic source, or payment method. Access may be declined or suspended where information cannot be verified.
Campaigns may define approved traffic sources, countries, devices, creatives, CPA payout rules, conversion requirements, frequency caps, daily budgets, quality benchmarks, and other restrictions.
A campaign should not begin until the applicable offer details and tracking links are available and understood. Changes to an offer, landing page, traffic source, or campaign restriction may require review before traffic continues.
Publishers must use only approved traffic sources and placements. Prohibited activity includes misleading claims, forced clicks, fake users, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, automated or scripted events, malware, unauthorized incentivized traffic, undisclosed or unapproved sub-publishers, unsolicited commercial communications, spam, and methods designed to imitate a genuine customer.
Publishers remain responsible for their sources, campaign materials, applicable platform rules, and all legal requirements connected to their traffic. For channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications, publishers must obtain legally required consent and must not use unsolicited or unlawful traffic.
Advertisers must provide accurate campaign information, lawful products or services, approved creative materials, clear CPA and conversion requirements, and all restrictions publishers need to follow.
Advertisers remain responsible for their landing pages, offer claims, customer experience, fulfillment, data practices, and compliance with laws and platform policies in the markets they target.
Campaign links, creatives, brand names, copy, landing page assets, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access is granted only for the approved campaign purpose.
Materials must not be modified, copied outside the campaign, resold, redistributed, or used in a way that suggests an endorsement beyond the approved partnership.
Campaign and conversion performance may be measured through the Bitely Media partner platform, Everflow, advertiser systems, publisher systems, or other connected tracking tools.
Where reports conflict, the authoritative campaign source defined in the platform or agreement will normally be used. Partners should report tracking issues promptly so discrepancies can be reviewed before campaigns are scaled.
Conversions may be rejected, adjusted, or reversed when they are duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, outside approved targeting, generated by prohibited traffic, or otherwise fail the stated campaign rules.
Where possible, the relevant reason or supporting evidence will be shared during review. Bitely Media may pause traffic, withhold related payment, or suspend a partnership while quality concerns are investigated.
Compensation applies only to approved conversions that satisfy the campaign terms shown in the platform or written agreement. Payment schedules, thresholds, methods, deductions, reversals, and invoice requirements may depend on the applicable campaign.
Each party is responsible for accurate payment and tax information and for meeting its own tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Non-public campaign, business, technical, financial, or performance information shared through the partnership should be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed purpose.
Personal data must be handled lawfully and only as necessary for the partnership. Each party remains responsible for its own notices, permissions, security practices, and legal obligations.
Bitely Media may suspend website access, platform access, campaigns, tracking links, or payments where required to address legal, security, quality, fraud, or operational concerns.
A partnership may end under the applicable agreement or platform rules. Obligations connected to confidentiality, payments, reporting reviews, and legal compliance may continue after a partnership ends.
The website, platform information, campaign materials, and reporting are provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.
To the extent permitted by law, Bitely Media is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party systems, partner traffic, advertiser content, publisher practices, or misuse of campaign materials.
These terms may be updated as the website and service develop. The version published here applies from the date shown above unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
